Q - How do I create an account?

To create an account, tap on 'Sign Up' and follow the instructions.

Q - How do I schedule a tutoring session with a tutor?

One-on-One session

  • You will see tutors list like tutor on your campus and popular tutor in 'Tutoring' tab.
  • By viewing tutor profile, you can book one-on-one session.

Group session

  • You will see group tutors in 'Tutoring' tab.
  • By viewing tutor profile, you will see groups created by tutor. Select a group and book your group session.
Q - How do I message the tutor through the app?

If you have active session with tutor, go to the 'Chat' tab and select the session from chat list and start interaction.

Q - How do I add a payment within the app?

While booking tutoring session, it will authenticate your card. Once session ends, payment will be automatically deducted from the authenticated card.

Q - Do I need a separate "tutor" app?

No, the same app serves both students and tutors.

Q - Do I need a separate "tutor" account?

You don't need a separate tutor account. You can switch between tutor and student account from 'Home' tab.

Q - How do I schedule a tutoring session with a student?

One-on-One session

  • Student will send you an one on one request by viewing your tutoring profile.
  • You can view pending, accepted, rejected request on your 'Tutoring' tab.
  • You can review and accept student request.
  • You can start session by clicking on 'Start Session' button from accepted request.

Group session

  • Create a group by clicking on Menu icon -> My Groups -> Click on + button.
  • Student will send you group request by viewing your tutoring profile.
  • You can view pending, accepted, rejected group request on your 'Tutoring' tab.
  • You can review and accept student request.\n- You can start session by clicking on 'Start Session' button from accepted group request.
Q - How do I message the student through the app?

Payments are processed automatically after each session via your preferred payment method.
